Recipes

I have to admit, I hate cooking… It’s just something I have never been able to like or master… Before I had my daughter, I was single and ate out most nights. It’s a lot easier to pickup chinese and take it home for dinner (something I learned from my mother). She hated cooking and most days we ate chinese. I used chopsticks long before I ever ate with a fork and knife… It worked for us and the food was delicious, so no problem, right? However, after my daughter was born and weaned off the bottle, she had/has a massive appetite. Basically, she eats enough for TWO men! Even when she was a baby it was always 2 bottles at a time…  So, i basically “taught” myself to cook easy foods that were either very filling (soups/stews) or I could make twice as much with little change in how its cooked (like 2 fillets of salmon instead of one). So I have a small vault of specific “recipes” so easy, ANYONE, including me, could do it. So I am passing on what I know I can do and that tastes good (relatively speaking)…
